Ever wonder what you do after you have taken a class or workshop and have no one to talk to about what you learned or do not have anyone to practice with. Well here is the answer.

Get together with Tanja and her community to expand your knowledge and meet others who are on a tantric journey.

There will be time for some social interaction as we check in with one another, then Tanja will talk on or teach some Tantric philosophy, some practice time and of course a puja or healing circle to round it out.

You are welcome as a single, couple or whatever....  beginners or advanced practitioner... there will be times we will have single or couples only and those will be specified.

Using the Art of Tantra for Sexual Healing

This is a hands on experiential class for couples and singles designed to teach you the basics of a Sexual Healing ritual that uses Tantric techniques to invoke powerful change.

We will cover men's and women's bodies, early sexual conditioning/wounding, breath work, touch, intent, and both white Tantra and red Tantra techniques.

Both sexes have suffered sexual damage of one form or another over our lives, and now we have a way to overcome that pain, shame, guilt and insecurity. To create wholeness in our beings and help us all connect our hearts to our sexual centers. For all the women who want their men to be more intimate, and for all the men who want their women to be more sexual, for anyone that needs and wants to feel whole... the answer is here.

This class is taught in 2 parts, format of the class is as follows:

The first 2 and a half hours of class will be lecture, some hands on and a demonstration. There will be no sexual touching or nudity ( except my demo model). This part is designed to teach you the basics of sexual healing and can be done on it's own.

A short in house working meal break ( bring a sack lunch/snacks) will provide  Q and A for the rituals to follow. If you are intending to leave after the first part I urge you to consider staying for the ritual even if you feel out of your comfort zone. There are many ways you can participate and heal. Bring up your concerns, if you have any, so they can be addressed.

In the second half of this powerful adventure, you will be performing and receiving a ritual if it is your wish to do so. This is a class designed for the purpose of healing not getting off. You will be setting up a space ( nest) for your journey, so bring blankets, a couple of towels and pillows for comfort on the floor ( think camping)
I will guide you through the receiving and the giving of this magnificent and life altering ritual. Some people will work in duos others in triads. There will be no sexual intercourse, oral sex or touching with the express intent of orgasm. This is a safe, empowering journey of healing with witness.

Reconnecting after Illness or Surgery

This class is a safe forum for discussion, questions, and answers to the physical and emotional issues that may be affecting you. Learn to reconnect in new ways as you heal and live with the realities of your current situation. Time: 3-4 hours
